Kevin Rose launches Tiiny, a fun iPhone app for sharing temporary photos and videos

After teasing the app earlier this week, Digg co-founder Kevin Rose has released Tiiny, the first app from North Technologies, his new mobile startup. Tiiny shows you a grid of 212×212-pixel photos and looping videos from people you follow. There’s no way to enlarge the images, and they are automatically deleted after 24 hours. The concept of the app is based on the Explore/Hashtag views on Instagram, with the assumption that the smaller size will lead to less pressure when sharing.                          The app uses your Twitter login to…

The best part about the Moto 360’s design is that you don’t always notice just how thick it is. At certain angles, the flat black version (it’s also available in stainless steel) of the watch looks like a traditional round-faced watch. Then you tilt your arm or it gets caught on a cuff and you’re reminded that a tiny, yet too big, computer resides on your watch and you have to decide if you’re proud or embarrassed.
