Google today announced Google Fit, an open platform designed to help people keep track of their fitness goals. It’s a single set of APIs that will allow developers to dig into rival apps and combine data for deeper and smarter insights. Google today announced that it will bring native Office editing to its Google Docs cloud service. The company also unveiled a new Android for Work program that will help enterprises deploy devices. Google previews Android apps running on Chromebooks

Google has confirmed that Chromebook devices will one day be able to run standard Android apps, during its I/O keynote today.
