Google Campus Madrid to open in 2015

Google plans to nurture the startup community in Spain with a new Google Campus. The community hub for budding entrepreneurs will be set up in Madrid and host Google programs such as Campus for Moms, CampusEDU and Office Hours with Google mentors. Google currently has two Google Campuses, located in London and Tel Aviv. The company has already announced new collaborative workspaces in Warsaw (Poland), Sao Paulo (Brazil) and Seoul (South Korea). Hewlett-Packard Plans To Eliminate 24,600

HP announced today it would be splitting its company in two. The iconic technology firm will be separated into a consumer-focused PC and printer company, called HP Inc, and a business-centered one, called Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. Meg Whitman, who has been chief executive of HP since September 2011, will take the helm at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, with Pat Russo becoming chairman of the Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Board. Dion Weisler, previously Executive Vice President of HP’s Printing and Personal Systems, will be promoted to president and chief executive of HP Inc. Whitman will be the chairman of the HP Inc board, thereby retaining influence in…

Over the weekend, Adobe quietly released a Creative Cloud app for Android. It’s labeled as a “preview” in the Play Store, however, which means there could be a few bugs and missing features. If you’re invested in Adobe’s ecosystem of professional, design-focused applications, you can use the Creative Cloud app to manage all of your projects. The Android version lets you browse, organise and preview files stored in Adobe’s cloud, including those produced in Photoshop or Illustrator.
