Microsoft releases OneDrive for Amazon Fire phone and Kindle Fire tablets

Microsoft today launched a new OneDrive app for Amazon’s Kindle Fire tablets and Fire phone. You can download it now directly from Amazon’s Appstore for Android. The app includes all the functionality that you would expect (it’s largely the same version as on Google Play): Browse all your OneDrive files and files shared with you. Share files by inviting people, sending a link, or sending files to another app. Open your OneDrive files in other apps. Quickly get to documents you’ve recently opened. Stripe today updated its email receipts feature with a slew of improvements. The changelog below has all you need to know. A new, customizable design: The design has been refreshed and now you can customize your receipts by specifying your own header color. The default will still be selected based on the colors in the logo you upload. You can try it out on the dashboard. American mobile startup uBeam, which is behind a new type of charging technology, has announced its first fully-functional prototype. Invented by young entrepreneur Meredeith Perry, uBeam is a charging system that allows you to top up your smartphone cordlessly. It converts electricity into sound, which can then be sent through the air over ultrasound. The prototype is a positive step-forward for uBeam, with hopes of it being launched in stores within two years.
