If you’re an event organizer you understand the power of a well designed flier, poster or event page banner. But if you’re not a designer, your stab at creating art usually ends in a mish-mash of fonts and images. Twitter tests new features on unsuspecting accounts all the time. The latest experiment involves showing tweets to users from accounts that they don’t follow, but instead from accounts their friends follow. Twitter user @aleefbaypay posted the follow two tweets: WTF @twitter, why am I seeing tweets from accounts that I don’t follow but are followed by someone whom I follow? — aleefbaypay (@aleefbaypay) August 3, 2014 @EliLanger yup. The buzzfeed tweet is the one in question. pic.twitter.com/FTbHTXs2Z9 — aleefbaypay (@aleefbaypay) August 3, 2014 Apparently @aleefbaypay doesn’t follow BuzzFeed, but someone he follows does. As stated earlier, Twitter tests new features like this all…

In Q2 2014, the worldwide PC market experienced 14 percent growth year-over-year to 123.9 million units, if you take into consideration desktops, laptops, and tablets. The latest estimates come from Canalys, an independent analyst firm which noted the market saw “effectively no sequential growth.” As such, the company concluded that the positive effect tablets…
