Google today released a neat feature for those who like to reduce the number of emails they receive. In short, Gmail will now surface the Unsubscribe link in certain emails to the top, beside the sender’s email address. This doesn’t work for all types of email. Naturally, it only works for those that include an Unsubscribe link in the first place, but Google also notes that the feature depends on Gmail’s new default filters: emails found in the Promotions, Social, or Forums tabs. Traditionally, Lyft and other car-sharing services act exactly like taxis. They pick you up and drop you off at your destination. Today Lyft introduced Lyft Line, a new service that acts more like a tiny bus than a taxi. Lyft Line is the car service’s new shared rides along shared routes feature. Now instead of taking a pink-mustached car all by yourself, you can be joined by two other people who are going roughly the same way.
