Just two weeks after Hollywood confirmed Christian Bale as the new Steve Jobs in an upcoming biopic, it seems the actor has exited the project. The Hollywood Reporter claims Bale decided the role was not right for him and has withdrawn. The film was slated to begin shooting this winter. It is unclear whether this decision will affect Seth Rogen, who was recently casted as Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. Will the team revert back to Ashton Kutcher for the Job? We’ll just have to wait and see. ➤ Christian Bale Exits Steve Jobs Movie [The Hollywood Reporter]

Microsoft has today announced that the real-time translator tool for Skype calls that it showed off in May is now available in preview for Windows 8.1 users. In order to get up and running, all you need to do is enter your email address on the sign-up page and jump through the installation hoops delivered via email. Initially the option is only available for Windows 8.1 users or people running the Windows 10 Technical Preview. The company said there are a limited number of spots, though.
