blue ocean
Pieter Walraven is the co-founder of Pie, a Singapore-based startup building messaging for work. Today SoundCloud announced that the Warner Music Group is the first partner for its upcoming subscription service. The service is due to launch in the first half of 2015 and will be supported through the ‘On SoundCloud‘ ad program, which was first introduced in August to help artists make some money from their creations. Facebook Government 2
Facebook today released its third Government Requests Report, meant to provide greater transparency on the amount of data authorities try to source from the company. In the report, Facebook notes 24 percent increase in the number of requests since the second semester of 2014 – 34,946 total around the world . Additionally, there was a 19 percent increase in the amount of data held back due to local laws.
