During Facebook’s second live Q&A session today, Mark Zuckerberg answered questions from the crowd around the company and its plans. The first question was a good one: is Facebook thinking about adding a dislike button? Zuckerberg said that it’s something that gets discussed a lot at the company. He doesn’t think there needs to be a voting mechanism or even a specific dislike button, but instead more sentiments for situations where you might not want to “like” something. Adobe acquires stock company Fotolia to boost Creative Cloud asset supply

Adobe announced it has entered into an agreement to purchase Fotolia, a privately held company that specializes in royalty-free photos, images, graphics and HD video. The price tag is $800 million in cash. Adobe plans to integrate Fotolia into its Creative Cloud subscription service, which will allow members to access and purchase some 34 million images and videos to assist artist and designer workflows. When the acquisition is complete, Adobe plans to integrate the delivery and purchase of Fotolia’s stock assets into Creative Cloud. The transaction is expected to close sometime in February 2015, the second half of Adobe’s 2015 fiscal first…

Amazon’s hidden Android app store is no longer available after pressure from Google

Remember how Amazon had sneakily implemented its entire app catalog into its primary Android App and it seemed no one noticed? Yeah, well, Google found out. If you try to look for Amazon’s app on the Play Store now, you won’t find it. There was  a replacement app called Amazon Shopping – essentially the same software but without the app store – but at the time of writing of this article that app also does not no longer appear in the Play Store. According to Android Police, the removal is due to a small change in wording in Google’s Developer Distribution Agreement on September…
