Workflow for iOS takes all those repetitive, annoying tasks you always do on your iPhone and lets you create custom icons or share actions so it’s as easy as one click. Basically, Workflow allows you to quickly wire up multiple services to work together in sequence. Microsoft sold 1.2 million Xbox One consoles in November

Black Friday is big, but just how big? Enough to push 1.2 million of Microsoft’s Xbox One consoles through shop doors, apparently. Geekwire is reporting that Microsoft is touting the number from a report by NPD market research that looks at the holiday period. Mike Nichols, Corporate Vice President for Xbox marketing, said “Response to the holiday lineup of games on Xbox One was incredible, with Xbox One fans buying more games in November in the U.S. than any other gen eight platform and enjoying over 357 million hours of gameplay globally.” The sales numbers are likely due to Microsoft’s aggressive pricing…

Google is reportedly shutting down its Russian engineering operations

It seems Google isn’t getting along with Mother Russia. According to a report by The Information, the search companyis shutting down its engineering operations in the country. The Information’s sources claim the departure comes in light of upcoming new requirements for Web companies in the country. In particular, the new policies would require companies to store data about Russian citizens in data centers physically located in the country. Sales operations, however, are expected continue. Google is known for fighting back against governments that impose too much control over its operations, as was the case when the company pulled out of China in 2010…
