Extensions and apps are probably the most useful part of Google’s Chrome browser, and the company is continuing its efforts to make sure that the features are not abused after it opened them up to let users see exactly what they are up to. Google has now added an audit feature to the standalone Chrome Apps Developer Tool — that it launched last year — which enables you to see exactly what each extensions is doing with your data.
