Microsoft has released the first trailer for its upcoming Halo: Nightfall live-action digital series, which Ridley Scott is working on as an executive producer. Google updates Gmail for iOS with the option to save and insert attachments from Drive

If you regularly access Gmail from your iPhone or iPad, Google just made it a whole lot easier to save and retrieve files from Google Drive. Inside an email, you can now tap the paper clip icon to attach a new file and select ‘Insert from Drive.’ The corresponding app will launch and you can browse your files at leisure. Uber and Facebook reportedly in talks to bring car service to Messenger

During Facebook’s Q2 earning’s call, CEO, Mark Zuckerberg talked about the messaging space and how it relates to Messenger. According to Recode, he’s doing more than just talking. Recode reports that Zuckerberg has chatted with Uber CEO, Travis Kalanick about adding the service to Facebook Messenger. According to sources, the service would be embedded in Messenger. How that would work exactly isn’t known. Chrome Beta for Android updated with Material Design tweaks and simplified sign-in

Google updated its Chrome Beta for Android app today with Material Design elements and “simplified sign-in,” which gives users the ability to have their log-in credentials submitted for Gmail, Maps, Search and other Google websites automatically.
