Motorola has officially released the new Moto X, its latest flagship smartphone, offering improved specs, more customization options and accessories designed to optimize the experience. Here’s a rundown of the new features. Hardware The second-generation Moto X comes with a 5.2-inch Full HD AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and a 13 MP rear facing camera with a ring flash which wraps around the lens instead of being situated off to the sides. It will be available in a 16GB or 32GB model. Despite the extra screen space, the new Moto X is just five grams heavier than its predecessor, weighing in at 144 grams….

Moto Hint is a Bluetooth earbud that you can use to control your smartphone

Alongside the announcements of a few new gadgets this season, Motorola introduced the Moto Hint, a Bluetooth earbud that will allow you to speak voice commands to your phone and third-party apps and receive Google Now responses. The earbud, which fits snugly and inconspicuously in your ear, features buttonless design and is optimized for the new Moto X (although it will pair with any Android devices running version 4.3 and up). Motorola has announced that buyers of its new Moto X device in the UK will be able to customize their handsets in the same way US customers have been able since the service first launched there a little more than a year ago.
