Facebook today updated its iOS app with two new features and the usual overall improvements. You can download the new version now directly from Apple’s App Store. Here’s the Facebook version 8.0 for iOS changelog: A simple way to see and choose a photo album’s audience. An updated design that makes it easier to post and share on iPad. Improvements for reliability and speed. That’s quite a short list, even though Facebook is giving this release a major version number bump (last one was 7.0). OnePlus today confirmed that its upcoming ‘One’ smartphone will be fitted with a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera. One Plus founder and chief executive Pete Lau, formerly an executive at Oppo, confirmed his company would be using the Sony Exmor IMX214 CMOS sensor. In a forum post, he explained the rationale behind this particular component: “After going through almost every single manufacturer and the latest models in the market, we felt that Sony offered the best wide-aperture sensors out there. We were confident that with the proper set of lenses and software optimization, our camera would take beautiful pictures in any situation.”…
