Samsung launched its first Galaxy Gear smartwatch amid much speculation about Apple’s iWatch last year, and it seems to be a case of déjà vu in 2014 after the Korean company sent out media invites for an event “around health,” as speculation about Apple’s move into bio-metrics reaches new levels of noise. Cooliris, the service that puts photos from multiple social networks in a single place, has finally come to Android devices today, nearly two years after launching for iOS in July 2012. For those not aware of it, Cooliris links up to media from more than 15 services, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Dropbox, Flickr and others. Vine for the Web revamped around content discovery; videos are now viewable to non-users

Twitter launched a basic Web version of its 6-second video app Vine back in January, and now it is filling in the gaps after (finally) adding more features to the site. Beats Music for iOS gets iPad support, Find Your Friends feature for following Twitter users

Beats Electronics today updated its iOS app with iPad support. You can download the new version now directly from Apple’s App Store. While the iOS app always worked on the iPad, users had to find and use the small-screen iPhone version on the bigger screen.
