As a result, you can now display Hebrew dates alongside Gregorian ones: To enable the Hebrew calendar, go into Settings, click on the General tab, and select it as an Alternate calendar. The Hebrew calendar is lunisolar, meaning it bases its months on lunar cycles and its years on solar cycles. One week after Rovio launched a new Flappy Bird-style game in Finland, Canada and Poland, the Finland-based Angry Birds’ creator has quietly introduced yet another mobile app into the fray. ToonsTV has been the broadcasting home of Rovio’s popular animated series Angry Birds Toons for a while already, with users able to watch within Angry Birds mobile apps, as well as on the Web, smart TVs, set-top boxes, and through some traditional TV networks. And now it has its very own standalone iOS app, though it’s restricted to Finland for now. Optimized for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad, ToonsTV is…
