Netflix will now stream all 62 episodes of Breaking Bad in 4K

If you’ve yet to jump on the Breaking Bad bandwagon, or have been meaning to revisit older episodes after a few years off, Netflix has announced it will stream the uber-popular show in UltraHD 4K from this week. Indeed, Sony Pictures Entertainment has remastered the original film negatives to bring it up to scratch for 4K Smart TVs. But it’s not Netflix’s first foray into 4K – earlier this year Netflix confirmed it would be bringing House of Cards Season 2 to screens in the ultra high-definition format. Jelly, the question and answer app for iOS and Android started by Twitter founder Biz Stone, has broken out of the shackles of its strict Q&A format after introducing replies to the service. Previously, all communication on Jelly was either a question or an answer in response to said questions, but now users can keep the conversation going to add context or just maintain a dialogue. Kobo finally brings its e-reader app to Windows Phone

While we knew it was coming, Kobo has finally brought its e-reading app to the Windows Phone Store – three months after it relaunched its  Windows 8 app. Kobo, whose name is derived from an anagram of ‘book’, was acquired by Japanese ecommerce titan Rakuten back in 2011, and has since been steadily growing its presence in a number of markets, building out its product range across dedicated e-readers, tablets and apps.     The Windows Phone app lets you sync your bookmarks so you can pick up from where you left off on any device (including Kobo e-readers and other…
