Google has added an endless runner game into Chrome Canary, in which you attempt to survive as a cute T-Rex dinosaur by jumping over cacti. The game is only accessible when the browser detects you’re offline, on the ‘Unable to connect to the Internet’ error page. It’s completely hidden unless you know where to look. The new error page was first spotted by Google open-source Chromium evangelist François Beaufort. Apple pushed out a buggy update to iOS 8 which disabled cell reception and TouchID on devices, and now it is telling customers who downloaded iOS 8.0.1 it to reinstall iOS 8 using iTunes and wait on an incoming fix. The note on the company’s support pages — spotted by The Verge — explains that a bug-free iOS 8.0.2 update will arrive “in the next few days.” Apple says that its new Health app, which was disabled in iOS 8 due to issues, should be working again with the iOS 8.0.2 patch.
