Dropbox is a great way to sync files across multiple devices especially when those devices are tablets and smartphones. But, there are limitations to what you can do on those mobile devices. Today, some of those limitations have been removed. Dropbox just updated its iOS app with the ability to rename folders and files and move files. A new ‘more actions’ button signified by three dots now appears next to the sharing button when you are previewing a file. From that drop-down you can rename or move a file. Confirmed: Microsoft acquires email startup Acompli

Microsoft has acquired email startup Acompli. The deal believed to be worth more than $200 million, according to Recode. Microsoft previously showed its hand when a blog post about the deal was prematurely published. Now it’s official. Founded by veterans of Zendesk and VMWare, Accompli developed apps for iOS and Android which prioritize your most important emails. It could turn into Microsoft’s take on Google’s Inbox effort.  Like other apps including Mailbox, it allows you to schedule emails you want to return to later. Uber expands grocery delivery pilot, renames it UberEssentials

Uber has extended its pilot groceries delivery program in Washington D.C. and given it a new name — UberEssentials. The rebranded service promises to deliver “everyday items you need in 10 minutes or less.” Uber launched the experiment as Corner Store this summer and it seems it’s been successful enough to continue. UberEssentials will run from 9am to 9pm on weekdays and 9am to midnight on weekends. Currently the service is iOS only but Uber says it’ll arrive on Android within days.
