Pinterest finally lets you move and copy multiple pins across your boards

When you start pinning every single photo you like on the internet onto Pinterest, things can get a little messy. Users have long requested the ability to move multiple pins from one board to another on the platform, and starting today you can finally do just that. In order to move the pins, all you need to do is go to one of your boards on the Web, click on ‘Move Pins,’ select up to 50 pins and then choose the board you want to move them to. Apple wins iPod & iTunes antitrust case

A court case alleging that Apple deleted rivals’ songs from user iPods in order to stifle competition to iTunes was today won by the company. The court case has been a rollercoaster ride, even losing all plaintiffs at one point before getting a new one and featured plaintiffs arguing that Apple colluded with Amazon. Today, a jury unanimously cleared Apple of all antitrust violations for restrictions on the iPod, bringing a case that’s strung over a decade to a close. ➤ Jury finds Apple not guilty of antitrust in iPod suit [CNBC]

Remember when Rapportive was great? FullContact’s new Gmail plugin is better

Rapportive used to be a fantastic Gmail plugin that gave you lots of context about the people you were in contact with, as a sidebar next to every email. After LinkedIn acquired it, it started to lose a lot of what made is so useful and many still wish they could go back to the ‘classic’ version. In fact, the folks at contact management startup FullContact (including my former TNW colleague Brad McCarty) missed it so much that they’ve gone and built a new Gmail plugin for Chrome that’s actually better than classic Rapportive. Instagram’s latest major update adds 5 new filters, revamped design and real-time commenting

Just when you thought you had enough filters, Instagram goes and adds more along with an updated design and a whole slew of other new and improved features. Today the make-your-photos-look-better-than-they-are app for iOS and Android was updated with five new filters (Aden, Slumber, Crema, Ludwig and Perpetua), a new look for the filters area of the app, the ability to customize your filters tray, real-time commenting and support for uploading slow-motion video. Sony hackers just made a terrorist threat on The Interview’s premiere

Sony’s hackers have made a new threat to the public directly, in a new release made alongside the group’s “Christmas gift.” The latest information was delivered over email to public journalist email addresses, like the rest of GOP’s leaks, and is hosted on sites where plain text can be shared.
