"Assad, Gaddafi and Sallah are rebuking the lesson learned by Ben-Ali, Mubarak and Gbagbo. And that lesson is, you can't crush your own people and at the same time be a puppet of the U.S., but you can crush your people if you play along with Obama's half-baked foreign policy." ~ Yasha Harari

Microsoft was notified about the issue in question on October 13th 2014. Microsoft is annoyed because it had asked Google to hold off publishing details of the bug before it pushed a fixed on one of its regular Patch Tuesdays this…

Obama
The White House says President Obama will call for new laws to ensure American companies inform their customers about consumer information being stolen in hack attacks, reports The New York Times. The president will propose the Personal Data Notification and Protection Act during his speech at the Federal Trade Commission today. If the proposal becomes law, the discovery of a breach would trigger a ’30-day shot clock’ requiring companies to disclose information. The law will also make it a crime to sell a person’s information overseas. The Federal Trade Commission, meanwhile, will be empowered to issue penalties to companies that fail to…
