Twitter has been making a few changes recently to help make its users a bit safer from harassment, and today it’s launching a new Safety Center so you can learn how to best handle misbehaving users. While there aren’t any new features, it basically works as a hub to educate you on best practices while online, including guides and links to previously announced features, such as making it easier to file police reports on threatening users.
