Vevo’s Android app gets a new UI and better video discovery options
Vevo has released an update for its Android app that brings it in line with the iOS version by ushering in a new UI and features designed to make it easier to discover new videos. Announced today, the app has a new Home screen with a real-time feed of premieres, original Vevo shows, recommended playlists and news about your favorite artists, as well as a redesinged Browse screen. Among other tweaks, there are also improvements for video playlists – you can now watch them in shuffle mode or copy Vevo-curated playlists to your own account.
