Facebook reveals an actual plan to stop fake news

Fake news has become a bigger problem than ever in 2016, and Facebook’s been at the center of it as the platform where most people share stories. But now it’s actually doing something about it. The company today announced a series of steps it’s taking to combat the spread of fake news stories. First up the company is making it easier to report fake news.
