Facebook is about to make it a lot easier for businesses to connect with their clients: today it’s introducing a set of tools that simplify private message communications between Pages and customers. Page admins will soon be able to reply to comments on posts with a private message. This should make it a lot easier to address customer requests right from the comment section.
