The term “user experience,” abbreviated UX, is an often misunderstood and confusing concept for many in the design, development and marketing world. Understanding how to implement and improve UX takes time, skill and a deep understanding of users. Simply put, user experience is the sum of the end-users’ interactions with a company or organization’s website to achieve a goal (obtain information, place an order, contact the company, etc.).
