Steam was this week hit with a ruling from a French court that penalizes the site for banning the resale of digital games. This could potentially mean Valve’s platform — and others like it — will have to allow uses to sell their game codes. So, assuming that happens, what would it mean for gamers? An international team of researchers just developed the most sophisticated treatment for male baldness ever: a hat that covers up your hairless head. Wait, there’s more. It also contains a self-actuating electrical ‘patch’ that stimulates the scalp, regenerates damaged tissue, and regrows hair thicker and quicker than pharmacological treatments. SEC chairman: Bitcoin won’t trade on real exchanges anytime soon

Bitcoin won’t be traded on real exchanges like Nasdaq or New York Stock Exchange any time soon — or so says US Securities and Exchange Commission chairman Jay Clayton.
