Samsung is reportedly gearing up to launch its next flagship, the Galaxy S10, in three different sizes in 2019. It’s been offering two sizes of its high-end handset for the past few generations. But Business Insider cited TF International analyst Ming-Chi Kuo as predicting that the Korean giant will attempt to match Apple by launching three variants of the S10, similar to the next iPhone lineup. Kuo noted that we’ll likely see the S10 come in 5.8-inch, 6.1-inch, and 6.4-inch versions. The larger two are slated to get an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader, bucking the trend of placing the sensor…

Jeff Bezos really wants to make space tourism a thing. According to a report by Reuters, the Amazon CEO’s rocket company, Blue Origin, could begin shuttling humans into space as early as next year. The cost of the trip? A mere $200,000 to $300,000 per ticket. For the price of a decent house in most areas of the country, Bezos plans to propel wealthy adventurers more than 100 km (62 miles) into suborbital space in Blue Origin’s ‘New Shepard’ autonomous rocket. Once in space, travelers will experience a few minutes of weightlessness, as well as the curvature of Earth — take…

A woman riding the world’s tallest swing accidentally captured an incident that saw her iPhone plummet 450 feet to the ground. Despite warnings by management not to bring loose items on the ride, Cansel Yildirim whipped out her iPhone 7 Plus for some amateur photography atop the StarFlyer, a massive swing at Magical Midway Thrill Park in Orlando, Florida. After filming for just over 30 seconds Yildirim lost her grip on the mobile device, shrieking in horror as it fell more than 400 feet to the ground below. Once the ride ended, the woman used the Find My iPhone app…

Over 35 years ago Dave Whalen was paralyzed in a skiing accident at age 19. Today, he’s a lawyer with a rock and roll dream: he wants to perform The Star Spangled Banner at a big league ball game. And we want your help making it happen. Whalen can’t play guitar or piano because he lacks the mobility, and instruments like the saxophone or trumpet are off the table due to his diminished lung capacity. But, thanks to his indomitable spirit, love of technology, and a few great friends he’s able to rock out with the best of us on…
