One of the most important parts of your business is understanding who your customer is. This helps define what makes your company unique as compared to other businesses in your industry. The notion of a brand is created around these differentiators helping define what makes one company that different than the next. Customers choose to shop at one t-shirt store over another or eat at one taco place over the other because you’ve built a business that caters to a particular demographic, offering quality…

Here’s a list of every PS4 game scheduled (so far) to come out in North America this year

JAPAN-LIFESTYLE-GAME-SONY
If you’ve already picked up a PlayStation 4, or you’re wondering whether there’s a game on the horizon that’ll tip the scales for you, Sony has got you covered. The company today released an enormous list detailing all of the games that are confirmed for release in North America this year. This isn’t a definitive resource though – with E3 and other important gaming conventions still to come, Sony is probably keeping some new games and release dates under wraps. Still, it’s worth reminding yourself what’s still to come in 2014. Destiny? Transistor? The Witness? The Order: 1886? Assassin’s Creed: Unity?…

Google Play Music now lets you drag and drop to upload songs, but only in Chrome

Google today announced Google Play Music now lets you upload your own library by simply dragging and dropping files in the browser. Last but not least, the experimental app…

USA
Immigration is a notoriously tricky problem to navigate whichever country you’re dealing with – systems tend to be archaic and complex, making it difficult to know what’s even an option. The situation is no different in the US either, according to Bridge US, an immigration startup that wants to simplify the process by making it easy for individuals or businesses to find out which options are applicable to them. As well as aiding discovery of possible entry routes, the Web platform will also help users manage their applications as they pass through each stage of the process. “Immigrating to the US…

Last.fm will close its subscription-based radio streaming service on April 28

Last.fm will abandon its subscription radio streaming service on April 28. The company has been slowly withdrawing from this space for some time, killing off its homegrown player last year in most markets and prioritizing its ability to record, or “scrobble” the tracks its users are listening to through other apps. Radio was still available in the US, UK and Germany; free and ad-supported on the Web, or ad-free with a subscription. This feature was also offered in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Brazil, but only for Last.fm subscribers. As of next month though, subscriber radio will no longer…
