Apple is increasing the price of iOS apps and content in the App Store in five countries, after the company emailed developers explaining the adjustments, which are being made due to changing exchange rates. From April 1, customers that shop in the App Store using the Australian Dollar, Indian Rupee, Indonesian Rupiah, Turkish Lira or South African Rand will see prices rise, though Apple doesn’t state exactly how much higher they will be. Apple has rolled out TD-LTE compatible models of its iPad Air and iPad Mini with Retina display in China today, giving customers access to speedier cellular data networks on China Mobile, which runs this particular 4G standard. The iPad Air with Wi-Fi and cellular TD-LTE retails from CNY4,488 ($721) for the 16GB model to CNY6,588 ($1,060) for the 128GB model.
