Media streaming app AllCast now lets you beam content to other Android mobile devices

If you’re an Android device owner who is into streaming, then AllCast is probably an app you know well… or at least you should. The service lets you beam an array of content from your smartphone to set-top boxes and smart TVs. Now it has a companion app (AllCast Receiver for Android) which, as the name suggests, lets you send the aforementioned mix of media to other Android smartphones or tablets. Alibaba extends the reach of its Alipay payments service into Korea

Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba has been in the limelight recently after it filed for a US IPO that could potentially raise up to $20 billion. Taking its services overseas is a positive spin for its potential investors, and it seems like the company is pushing hard for its Alipay payments service to cross geographical boundaries first. An Alibaba spokesperson revealed to TNW early this year, when it inked a few partnership deals for Alipay in Hong Kong and Taiwan, that it is seeking to make the payments service available in South Korea. Gmail for Android has been updated with the ability to save attachments to Google Drive, Spam explanations, improved right-to-left language support and quick access to the navigation menu. Klout releases its first Android app as it continues to focus on content creation

Klout released its first Android app today to advance the #NewKlout content creation initiative it launched earlier this year. Similar to the existing iOS app, Klout for Android provides content recommendations tailored to your social media audience and then lets you schedule links based on when your audience is most active. In a blog post announcing the launch, the company promised to add expanded Klout Score analytics and fully-integrated perks to its mobile apps.
