A global sweep of cryptocurrency tax avoidance schemes is imminent, with the number of active lines of inquiry set to nearly double – or so says a coalition of money laundering investigators from the US, Australia, Britain, Canada, and the Netherlands J5, a team of five countries formed by the US Internal Revenue Service to fight cryptocurrency-powered crimes such as tax fraud, has 60 open investigations, but the Sydney Morning Herald reports it’s now considering additional 50. EU will force electric cars to emit a noise below 20 km/h on July 1

Starting July 1, all electric vehicles with four or more wheels in the EU will be required to emit noise of at least 56 decibels if the car is going 20 km/h or slower, the New Atlas reports. This makes a ton of sense as electric cars don’t make any of the engine noises we’ve grown accustomed to from standard Earth-killing gasoline cars. YouTube clumsily tries to rectify its confusing anti-harassment policies (again)
