Question-and-answer service Quora has launched a redesign of its mobile Web interface that brings it in line with its native app experience. With today’s launch, the company achieves product parity for the reading experience across all platforms, including desktop Web, mobile Web, iPhone, Android and iPad. Today, Apple announced its developer tools for its forthcoming Watch which included a number of resources and tools for developers to get started building apps. Quietly included in the human interface guidelines is a new font dubbed “San Francisco” that’s designed for use on the Apple Watch. The font, which the company is giving away for free, is a Sans Serif typeface designed with the Apple Watch in mind. Another day, another scandal at Uber HQ. As if fighting legislative battles in courts around the world wasn’t time-consuming enough, the online taxi firm is increasingly using resources dousing the flames caused by disgruntled cabbies, hacked-off customers, and now its own execs. The latest debacle from the Uber circus emanates from Emil Michael, a senior executive Uber brought on board from Klout last year. During a dinner last week that included a journalist guest from BuzzFeed, Michael made some startling comments. Google will give you $5 if you get a friend to use Google Wallet

If you can’t beat them, give them money. Today Google announced a referral program for Google Wallet to help kick start adoption of the service. Current users that send cash via Google Wallet to friends that don’t yet have a balance will be rewarded with $5. You can send as little as a penny to enable the referral bonus and you can get up to 20 referrals for a grand total of $100. Unfortunately, there are rules. Both parties have to be in the US and it’ll need to be your friend’s first time having a Google Wallet balance. The promotion will end…
