It’s not like there aren’t a million different ways to share what’s on your mind already, but Plague is a new take on sharing. Bizarre names aside, the premise of Plague is that you share a status like you would on Twitter or Facebook but it instead of showing in a feed it “infects” those nearby who see the status before it goes further. When it appears for those users nearby, they have the option to either infect those near them or to stop the infection. Aviary’s photo SDK is now integrated into Adobe’s Creative SDK

Following up on its September acquisition of Aviary, the popular photo editing platform, app and SDK, Adobe today announced in a blog post that the newest version of the Aviary SDK has now been integrated as the image editing component of Adobe’s own Creative SDK. Uber accessed reporter’s data because she was “late,” now restricts God View access

Following Senator Al Franken’s open letter to Uber, the company has responded to his concerns — raised after it was revealed that the company tracked reporters without their permission. In Uber’s response, published by Franken’s office, the company says that an employee, Josh Mohrer, accessed the reporter’s account “improperly” while responding to emails from her and goes on to say that the same employee accessed her data because “she was 30 minutes late” and he “wanted to escort her to the meeting location.” Uber says that Mohrer received disciplinary action for the misuse of that data. The wait is over! Support for HBO GO has finally arrived to the Amazon Fire TV, adding “more than 1,700 titles” to its roster of available content. That’s great news for those who are considering streaming devices for Christmas, considering the price has also been dropped down from $99 to $79 until December 28.
