We can sometimes wrongly convince ourselves that user can easily navigate through our website. Or even worse, we stay on the Web so much that we know exactly how things work all the time, but those who barely go online may not be so accustomed. Most Web designers and developers do user testing on their sites and applications to make sure the majority of users can use them without issue, as it’s important to make sure your website works and makes sense to all types of users who visit your site. How many Web devs actually test websites with their mom? If you don’t have your…

Audi Sport Bike
Cycling enthusiasts may not baulk at the thought of spending several thousand dollars on a decent bicycle, but even they might find Audi’s latest two-wheeler priced a little steep. So, just how much does this new ultra-light road bike cost? $5,000? $10,000? Maybe even $15,000? Guess again — the Audi Sport Racing Bike costs as much as some low-cost cars, with a price tag coming in at over $19,000 (2,370,000 JPY). If you’re wondering what a $19,000 bicycle gets you, then it isn’t much — but that’s kind of the point. The Audi Sport Racing Bike makes its airy attributes something of…

Think of this as a public service announcement. According to the official website of The White House, all tweets sent to (or from) an official government account are archived. As in, forever. The next time you search via Google on your smartphone or tablet, you may see Twitter content as well as traditional search results. Starting today, Google will be working tweets into search, but only for mobile. Google search results will show real-time results from Twitter, which will be separated from news content using Google’s familiar card-based format. Tweets via search isn’t surprising; in February, Twitter CEO Dick Costolo mentioned the partnership in an earnings call, but offered up no details on how it would work. Searching for a celebrity or public figure may provide their recent tweets. If you search for…

Adapter Gen + Car
Automatic has updated its in-dash Bluetooth dongle and introduced a new app gallery. For the uninitiated, Automatic is a small plug-in device that communicates with your vehicle’s on-board system, then relates its findings to your smartphone via an accompanying app. The new hardware still plugs right into the OBD port in your car, but now offers bank-level 128-bit AES encryption for all Bluetooth transmissions to your smartphone. Each adapter also has a unique digital key to prevent unauthorized access. Automatic also has a crash detection system, making use of an accelerometer in the dongle to scan 360-degrees 100 times per second. It…
