Update: Nest says it’s fixed the issue now. Nest’s systems are down right now, and as a result, many users are unable to remotely login to their thermostats and Dropcams. The company is aware of the issue on its Web and mobile apps and is working on a fix. We’re investigating a service outage with the Nest mobile and web app, and the team is working on a fix.
