
DJI has asked users of its Phantom 2 range of drones to roll back a firmware update to an earlier version owing to “a small number of reported issues” with the software. The company’s recent software updates added safety features including GPS-based geofencing to prevent the drones from flying into sensitive and restricted areas like airports, the White House and national borders in the US.
