In force a vote on gun control, House Democrats staged a sit-in this morning. When C-SPAN cameras went dead, Periscope took over. C-SPAN claims it has no control over the cameras in the House of Representatives, meaning government officials turned them off (likely to avoid scrutiny over gun laws).
