Yesterday, Tinder CEO Sean Rad said he is working to make the site more friendly for non-binary genders that don’t necessarily fit neatly into a male or female box. For the moment, the app works by pairing either sex (with the same or opposite sex) with a quick swipe left or right on a profile image.
