Time Warner Cable is about to take on Netflix. The company today announced a streaming service aimed at film buffs called ‘FilmStruck.’ Unlike Netflix and other services, FilmStruck’s catalog will specifically center around “art house, indie, foreign and cult films,” although it will include newer titles as well. That could be something of a win-win for TWC.
