Snapchat appears to be down for some users in Europe, Australia and the US today. The error message reads “Could not refresh. Please try again later” as the app is unable to load new posts. The ephemeral messaging service acknowledged the issue, assuring users it’s working on a fix. Hi! Some Snapchatters are currently experiencing loading issues.
