This week Slack’s been on a roll and released a number of new features, but it also quietly overhauled user profiles on Halloween. The new user profile options in Slack allow you to create custom profiles for your team so that extra details show up for your users. Custom profiles allows you to add any field, so you can require your users to enter in extra details like their Twitter username or who their manager is.
