The next time you use Slack, your boss may have a survey waiting for you. A company named 15Five now integrates with Slack, and the name says it all: employees take 15 minutes per week to answer questions, and managers spend five minutes reading and responding. The survey questions show up in a Slack channel, so they’re open for anyone with access to the channel to see. The goal is to foster a more positive environment where employees feel comfortable sharing their insight. 15Five can also be used to brainstorm new initiatives, or get feedback on a product in testing.…
