500px splits its photo marketplace into two tiers, targeting a range of buyers
500px, the photo community specializing in discovering, sharing, buying and selling photography, has been super busy lately rolling out updates to their apps and services. Today it is 500px Marketplace’s turn for a revamp, with the launch of two new collections: Prime and Core. Stating in its blog that it has “officially outgrown the one price fits all” model, 500px is seeking to better serve the 150,000 photographers who sell their work through the service by splitting up the collection.
