Twitter’s developer toolkit, Digits, which makes it easy for companies to build simple on boarding for their users is getting an update in some regions today. It’s adding the ability to call users for two-factor verification if they don’t receive the activation SMS. In the case the SMS never arrives, Digits will now automatically fall back to calling the user without any changes to your code. Digits also didn’t previously have the ability for users to change their phone numbers, which could cause some problems for those who lose access to the number they used to sign up.
