WhatsApp for iOS has been updated, and now lets users include video in their chat backups. There’s also an improved design for cropping pictures and videos, and location sharing via Apple Maps. Users can also reduce their data usage when WhatsApp is used for making calls under settings > chats and calls. As you scroll through your chats, earlier messages will load automatically.
