Lyft partners with Starbucks to offer rewards points to riders and coffee for drivers

Lyft is announcing a partnership with Starbucks that goes a lot deeper than your last cup of coffee. Users can now earn points just for catching a Lyft ride, and all drivers will get Starbucks Gold status. Riders can also gift their drivers with coffee from within the Lyft app, and drivers will earn Starbucks rewards stars just for giving Lyft rides.
