According to The Wall Street Journal, Apple is planning a streaming TV service that will launch later this year. Apple is reportedly in talks with a number of broadcasters including ABC, CBS and Fox to have up to 25 channels at launch for $30 to $40 per month. The service will work across all devices powered by iOS, including iPhones, iPads and the Apple TV. The big broadcaster that’s apparently missing from the talks is NBCUniversal, due to a failed project between Apple and NBCUniversal’s parent company, Comcast.
