Technology education startup Treehouse has today announced its first Android app, alongside a set of new courses for Apple’s Swift programming language. Treehouse announced its iPad app just a year ago and moves onto Android to help students learn directly on their mobile phones while on the go. The Android app gives access to 1,000 course videos on the go, as well as quizzes, exercises and challenges to help students retain information.
