People turning bulky games consoles into portable gaming machines is nothing new. There are countless examples of Xbox 360s and Playstation 3s being modified to adopt a laptop form-factor. I once read about someone doing the same to the positively gargantuan original Xbox, which no doubt looked suspiciously like a suitcase with some wires sticking out.
