D&D is getting an official app for traditional tabletop play

Whether you’ve been playing Dungeons & Dragons for decades or are just starting to get into the tabletop role-playing game, you’ll be happy to know that a new mobile app is on the way to save you some paperwork. D&D Beyond, which is set to arrive in beta this summer, is being designed to allow Dungeon Masters and players to enjoy the game without having to track progress with pen and paper.
